METHODOLOGY & RESOURCES
Read the rules behind the ranking.
Use the board with confidence: understand what counts as evidence, how a label is earned, and where comparison can go wrong.
01SOURCE POLICY
First party, or it does not score.
Firm websites, official help centers, program terms, and primary policy documents can support a scored claim. Affiliate posts, review roundups, and social summaries can suggest what to investigate, but cannot become evidence.
02EXTRACTION
AI finds structure. People approve meaning.
Automated research can discover pages and propose structured facts. Material claims stay in review until their citation, context, and interpretation pass a human check.
03CLASSIFICATION
Rules-based, not vibes-based.
“Trader-forward,” “Balanced,” and “Rule-heavy” are PropRank assessments. Each label must disclose the rules that drove it and the weighting model used.
04FRESHNESS
Policy changes trigger review.
A source change should move affected facts back into the audit queue. Stale evidence remains visible as stale; it does not quietly masquerade as current.
