Terms of Use

PropRank is a research and comparison service operated by Liteway LLC. These terms apply when you use the PropRank website, iPhone app, account features, alerts, research, reviews, or AI tools. If you do not agree to them, do not use the service.

The Privacy Policy explains how PropRank handles data. A third-party firm, platform, app store, identity provider, or destination linked from PropRank applies its own terms to its service.

PropRank is not a broker, prop firm, investment adviser, attorney, tax adviser, or trading platform. It does not hold trading funds or place trades. Rankings, comparisons, alerts, reviews, and AI answers are general research tools and are not personalized financial, legal, tax, or investment advice.

Trading and prop-firm challenges involve risk. Firm rules, pricing, eligibility, payouts, and offers can change after PropRank checks a source. Verify material terms on the firm's official source and decide independently whether a product is appropriate for you. PropRank does not promise a trading, challenge, payout, or financial outcome.

Provide accurate account information, keep credentials confidential, and notify support@proprank.com if you suspect unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity performed through your account until you report compromise, subject to applicable law.

Apple or Google sign-in depends on that provider. Face ID is an optional local device lock and does not replace account credentials. PropRank may require email confirmation, bot protection, session renewal, or other reasonable verification before granting access or acting on a data request.

Do not use PropRank to:

• break the law, violate another person's rights, or publish deceptive reviews;
• probe, bypass, or interfere with access controls, rate limits, bot protection, or service security;
• access another person's account or collect personal data without authorization;
• introduce malicious code or disrupt the website, app, databases, alerts, or research systems;
• use automated access at a volume that degrades the service or ignores published technical controls; or
• copy or present PropRank content in a way that falsely suggests Liteway LLC endorsement or authorship.

You are responsible for reviews, corrections, support messages, and other content you submit. Public review fields may be published with the display name shown at submission. Submit only content you have the right to provide, and do not impersonate someone, misstate firsthand experience, disclose another person's private data, or submit unlawful, deceptive, abusive, or infringing material.

PropRank may label, decline, unpublish, or remove submissions to protect users, comply with law, or preserve research and review integrity. You can edit or delete your own review using available account controls. Support and correction submissions may be used to investigate and resolve the issue you report.

Ask PropRank AI generates answers from the question, limited recent conversation, relevant saved preferences, and PropRank's research sources. Automated output can be incomplete, outdated, or wrong. Citations help you inspect the source; they do not turn an answer into advice or a guarantee.

Public-source research may be extracted or summarized with automated tools and reviewed before publication. Source availability, wording, and freshness can change. Report a suspected error through Support with the relevant official source.

PropRank may receive compensation when you use an affiliate link and later register, purchase, or qualify with a partner. Affiliate compensation does not add a charge for using the link and does not change PropRank's published scores, ranking rules, or research claims. A coupon or offer can expire; confirm it with the destination before acting.

An outbound link takes you to an independently operated service. Liteway LLC does not control that service's availability, account decisions, security, rules, payments, or privacy practices. Any issue with a prop-firm or platform account must be resolved with that operator.

PropRank lists two things that look alike. A challenge is a prop firm's own evaluation product, shown here for comparison and bought from that firm on that firm's terms. A prize is a promotional draw run by Liteway LLC or a named sponsor.

If PropRank offers a promotion, the campaign page must identify its sponsor and link the campaign's official rules. Those rules, rather than this general page, state eligibility, location and age limits, the entry window and method, winner selection and notification, claim requirements, and prize delivery. Do not submit an entry if the official rules are missing or inaccessible; contact Support instead. Apple is not a sponsor of, or involved in, any PropRank giveaway.

Sponsored content or a provided prize does not change PropRank's published scoring rules or research claims. Any additional disclosures shown on the campaign page form part of that campaign information.

PropRank may add, change, suspend, or discontinue features, and outages can occur. Liteway LLC may restrict or end access when reasonably necessary to protect users or the service, investigate abuse, comply with law, or enforce these terms. Where practical, account holders will be given notice or a chance to correct an issue, but urgent security and legal matters may require immediate action.

You may stop using PropRank at any time. Account-data deletion requests can be made as described in the Privacy Policy; limited records can remain for security, fraud prevention, accounting, dispute handling, or legal compliance.

PropRank is provided based on information and services available at the time. Liteway LLC does not promise uninterrupted availability or that every source, comparison, alert, review, or automated answer is complete, current, or error-free. You remain responsible for verifying information and for decisions you make using it.

Nothing in these terms removes a right or remedy that cannot lawfully be excluded. Questions about a loss, billing issue, or dispute should be sent promptly to support@proprank.com with enough detail to investigate.

Liteway LLC may update these terms when the service or applicable requirements change. The current version will show its effective date here. Continued use after updated terms take effect means the updated terms apply to later use, unless applicable law requires another form of notice or consent.
